”The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. "Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that. Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to Georgetown, decently safe although some shady people in the streets nearby. If you're considering taking this as a base to explore Georgetown, I'd recommend you to think again. "
