”Big rooms”

”Very close to the event that I was participating in so it was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety and nearby stores and restaurants. Room was clean and I didn't have any issues with my stay. Would recommend.”

”The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back.”

”The owner, Marie, was the perfect host. She made every effort to see that we were completely satisfied with our stay. Her breakfast offerings were delicious and the presentation of the food was exceptional. We will return.”

”Clean room”

”When we first got there 30 minutes before check in we were told at the gate we would have to pay $75 for early check in - we said we just want to park and walk around - after an argument they let us check in 30 minutes early - we were the only car in the parking lot of what looked like a 200 room resort. The place was creepy - then I was told that I only made the reservation for 1 person rather than a room do had to pay $100 per night for my husband - the AC in the room was broken and it was...

”This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s been totally refurbished and the rooms are beautifully decorated and so clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. We had a junior suite with a couch and outside patio. Saw deer, geese and various birds on property. The bathroom was great. Radiant heated floors and towel heating bars. This place is luxurious. Loved the walking path around the lake. The staff goes above and beyond providing services and information. I can go on and on about...

”Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.”

”It is unacceptable that a place would rent out without a working septic system, and we were asked to put TP in a garbage bag rather than flush it. The facility should have remained closed until the plumbing issues were resolved.”
