”The place was clean and comfortable. We didn’t cook, but having a kitchen and multiple seating options was great. We didn’t use the backyard or hot tub, but both were available if we had wanted. It was very convenient to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, the reason for our stay. I would recommend to others and stay again if in the area.”

”Nice place to stay. Host was fantastic and friendly. Home was clean. Community Hot tub was not operational for our stay. Deep parking bay in front of garage allowed for us to park our full size truck and 18’ trailer with plenty of room. ”

”Overall great experience! We usually don't expect much from a vrbo but were presently surprised. Everything was very clean and felt almost brand new. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, pillows, sheets, etc. Kitchen utensils were in good shape. There was only one box of tissues but that's pretty minor.Only complaint we had is the listing and a Vacasa customer service rep told us the hot tub was closed, but there were people using it who let us in. Checked the HOA page for the complex and it says...

”We had a fantastic stay at this townhome. Very easy access to the main road, not far from the downtown area. I was very happy with our stay. The garage made access to and from nice and private with the ability to leave a vehicle packed for our return trip. The host was fantastic and quickly answered questions that we had. My wife and I also visited the vineyards just south of this home and had a great time listening to live music. Again, this was a great place to relax.”
