”The property is just as advertised. The house is comfortable and clean. Location superb with the Abajos in the distance (in full fall colors) and on the golf course with dozens of deer and turkeys to watch The deer loved the apples off the tree in the backyard. We loved it and will be back.”

”Enjoyed the rustic setting! thanks!!!”

”This place was great! We rolled in with 5 bikes on our way to the million dollar highway. Quiet, clean, comfortable and the host left is fresh eggs, of course I'm going to eat those! We highly recommend staying here!”

”They cleanliness, was a little questionable, there was a small piece of a tampon wrapper and hair on one of the towels. The hot showers were disappointing to say the least. The water heaters are very small and the temperature is not turned up very high.”

”Amazing location, exceptional communication and customer service, the perfect spot to spend a week in Moab!”

”We loved staying at this unique property. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The entire property is what really made this vacation rental stand out. They created a courtyard area in the center of this small gated community with things like a large table, BBQ grill, chairs and a fire pit. This space gave guests an area to meet each other and talk about their Moab adventures of the day. It fostered a sense of community with our fellow travelers even if it was for just...

”The house is clean and has nice view with outdoor seating. The only thing is the bathroom in the master bedroom has no door so it’s little bit of no privacy if you need to take a shower. Overall it was a pleasant stay.”

”Very nice place to stay, easy communication with the host and very clean and very accurate description of what your getting and very good price.”

”We had a great stay for our last minute girls getaway in Moab. The condo was very clean, great place to gather in the evenings to chitchat and play games. Appreciated there were spices in the kitchen along with olive oil so we were able to cook yummy dishes and reminisce about our hikes earlier in the day. Thanks so much!”

”Great choice. Location was great, property was nice, clean, and well-maintained.”

”Worked wonderful for 2 families and our children.”

”This place is amazing, well located and a gorg hot tub view. The mattresses need to be updated, it’s clear this has been a rental for quite some time and the spring mattresses (including the owners suite bed) squeak, to the point that we had to utilize separate sleeping arrangements in order to get rest. There are also dead bugs in the framed wall hanging artwork in the owners suite, pretty gross. A deep cleaning of this unit would deffo be beneficial. ”

”Great place - close to downtown Moab. Clean and spacious! Perfect for our family of 5!”

”Mooi huis mooie locatie”
