    Located in a sought-after neighborhood, in the heart of the Corniche, 50 meters from Lazaret Beach and local shops (bakeries, fishmongers, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.)
    In a quiet, secure luxury residence with a caretaker.
    The residence features a beautiful Mediterranean-style patio filled with flowers.
    The pool is generally open from June 1 to September 30.
    The pool overlooks the sea; the legendary Lazaret Beach is located at the foot of the residence with direct access (no road to cross).
    Air-conditioned apartment (reversible air conditioning).

    Large 10 m² terrace; very bright apartment with breathtaking views of the sea, Lazaret Beach, and—on clear days—the Pyrenees. Southwestern exposure to enjoy magnificent sunsets.

    A bus stop is located right in front of the residence.
    Ideal for long-term stays as it is very well-equipped.


    About the accommodation:

    The living room features a large floor-to-ceiling window opening onto a 10 m² terrace with a view of the sea and the beach.
    Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils, …
    There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

    Upon request, we provide baby gear (travel crib) free of charge.
    High-quality sofa bed with a 140-size Bultex mattress, indoor table for 4 people.
    Bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
    We can provide bath towels, linens, and sheets for an additional fee.

    A comfortable and quiet bedroom for 2 people with a 160-size bed or 2 80-size beds (which can be separated if needed for 2 children).

    A large terrace that can be shaded by an awning. Outdoor furniture for dining al fresco, a lounge chair, and an electric griddle.

    A private parking space for your vehicle is also available in the residence’s basement.
    A private bike storage area is available.
