Detached house with no overlooking neighbors, featuring an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with a TV and pellet stove. A small utility room includes a washing machine and freezer. On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a dressing room, a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180cm), as well as a separate toilet. Guests can enjoy a 9x4m chlorine swimming pool (secured by an alarm and shared with the owners) open from May to the end of September. The pool is not directly adjacent to the house; it is located a little further away on the property, but not directly overlooking it. A beautiful setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday!
This charming house is situated in the heart of 8 hectares of woodland on a beekeeping property, offering excellent opportunities for hiking and walking. The owners invite you to explore the trails they have marked themselves. Will you be able to find the Land Art installations scattered along the way? For sightseeing, the traditional flat-bottomed boats (gabares) of the Moulin du Duellas are just a few minutes away, and the Grand Etang de la Jemaye (Great Pond of Jemaye) is about 20 km away. You are also 30 km from Saint-Émilion and the Bergerac region, famous for its fortified towns (bastides) and vineyards, making it perfect for a day trip.

The gîte is located on the border of the Gironde department.
