- a kitchenette equipped with 2 hotplates, a fridge-freezer, a mini multi-function oven, and a small dishwasher. This space opens onto a balcony with views of the village and mountains, facing south.

- Bathroom with sink and shower (towel warmer)
- Separate WC
- Ski locker #29 in the basement of the residence, accessible from the outside (preferably).
- 1 private parking space (last space on the left)

The apartment is equipped with duvets, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
Any damage or malfunction of household appliances not reported upon arrival will be charged to the departing tenants.
