”This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. No room housekeeping. 1 day out of 7. Had to go down to get clean towels because no one ever brought them to me. Breakfast was so-so. Not the normal at other Hampton Inns. I DID NOT GET HILTON POINTS FOR THIS STAY FROM HILTON. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE INTERESTED GO TO THE HILTON GARDEN INN NEXT DOOR!”

”The only downside for this property is no onsite parking due to the urban environment. Had to either find a nearby curb spot or park in a public garage a couple blocks away. The garage was annoying because of the pay-as-you-exit machine. It only accepted credit cards (no cash) and there's no onsite attendant. Worst of all thenhsilly machine rejected my perfectly good Mastercard and I had to use a fellow traveler's card! I later used my own card for purchases with no problems!
