Q: Can I keep my boat there?
A: Yes, the depth at the end of the dock is typically no less than 2 1/2 ft, though it is tidal, and the closest (free) boat ramp right by Shark’s tooth island is Currioman Landing.
Q: Is Easthaven child-friendly?
A: Absolutely. Children are welcome at the house, however, the house may not be suitable for young children because of the indoor fireplace, lack of child-proofing features and a steep hill with access to the water.
Q: Will I encounter any wild animals?
A: The house is located in a natural & wooded area, so you may see & hear bugs, bald eagles and ospreys and other birds, furry critters of all sizes (including but not limited to deer, squirrels, and rodents), & reptiles. Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in & around the property. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.
