Coktails décevant
Super séjour légèrement gâché par un coktail "passionnément" plutôt décevant car 17 glaçons sans Rhum tout du moins indétectable dans l'eau. Encore si ce n'était que cela mais nos remarques n'ont pas été prises en compte prétextant que la formule ne pouvait pas être changée. c'est l'attitude de la responasble que nous condamnons. Dommage

Très bel hôtel, moderne et récent, grand spa avec piscine intérieure. Beau petit déjeuner très complet. La vue est grandiose, privilégiez une chambre avec balcon. Quelques erreurs au niveau du service en chambre, mais globalement l'accueil est très bien.

Hotel très agréable et personnel très souriant et avenant restaurant surfait et très cher mais personnel au top . Sur l'hotel lui même , quelques petites suggestions ( à faire suivre aux exploitant spa et restaurant ): - installer un temporisateur de 30s/1mn quand on retire la carte du contacteur en chambre - Pas de jus d'orange frais pressé , que du jus en bouteille pas top . - Offrir une petite collation au retour du ski , cela devient courant dans les 4* ( chocolat/thé/café cookies reste des vienoiseries du matin ) - Pas de douche dans l'espace spa ce qui est un inconvénient car il faut aller à l'espace piscine pour se rincer et revenir

Superbe hôtel contemporain
Excellent séjour à cet hôtel. Très qualitatif, chambres très spacieuses au design soigné. Très belle vue depuis le 7étage. Petit déjeuner dans un lieu très bien décoré, copieux. Je recommande vivement l'hôtel A l'exception du restaurant que je ne recommande vraiment pas - impossible de réserver avant 21H, le premier service étant réservé aux clients en demi-pension, très forte attente, manque d'attention et d'organisation, et carte réduite. (Le second soir où nous y sommes allés : nous sommes arrivés à 20H45 / la bouteille d'eau a été posée à 22H08 et le repas servi à 22H30, sans aucune excuse ou attention particulière de la part du personnel.) Vous pouvez vraiment choisir cet hôtel et ensuite, la station vous offrira des restaurants certes, plus "classiques" ou à l'image plus "touristique" mais bons et dans lesquels vous aurez un réel service.

Location d’une suite 2 chambres pour des vacances au ski en demi-pension: restaurant très long pour le service, carte non renouvelée donc ennuyeuse pour tous les soirs, manager du resto non professionnel La suite manque de confort, un seul sèche serviette pour deux salle de bains, douche accès direct dans l’espace commun…pas d’intimité, armoires dans l’espace commun, aucun rangement dans la chambre parentale, ménage à la va vite Un petit radiateur électrique pour chauffer le salon…qui s’éteint quand on part de la suite car plus d’électricité… Vraiment cher payer pour un hôtel qui se veut nouveau ! Seulement la déco est très sympa et casier à ski agréable Manager de l’hôtel n’a aucune parole…prix du massage déduit au moment du départ suite à ma demande mais 3jours après, le paiement a été pris sans notre autorisation par la cb donnée en garantie!!! Aucun professionnalisme et menteuse de surcroît!

Lovely hotel in the Alps
We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is very modern, clean, and comfortable. It’s just a walk down the hill to Les Eucherts. You can rent all your ski equipment in the hotel and store it in the locker provided. We took the half-board option at the restaurant, which was a great choice. They changed the menu and added different items every 2 days, so we didn’t get bored. The breakfast buffet had many options. We had a family suite and the kids loved having their own space with a bunk bed. We spent our time skiing, ice skating, swimming, using the spa, sledding, and walking through the town. We would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Superb hotel in La Rosiere
A very nice 4* hotel with great rooms and facilities incl. nice spa, we only missed a fitness room. The level of service and helpfullness was extremely high on all levels at Hyatt Centric. We had a great stay and look forward to come back to this unique hotel, it is a perfect location for skiing and enjoying the sun. A hotel for those who wish a great hotel with full service.
