”Great location for family gathering! Casino, shopping, restaurants, historic area, great fenced backyard and playhouse in addition to an amazing well appointed home that had plenty of room for our blended family. This is situated right off the green and very convenient! The down side to this is that from the front rooms at night you may hear traffic, so light sleepers should get the rooms (there are 8 with 1 very small tandem bedroom) farther back in the house. We will definitely go back!”

”The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

”This beach house is absolutely perfect! So adorable and clean! It was right across from the beach with a quaint back yard and partial ocean views from the front. The rooms were so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. This home was very reasonably priced and managed very well by Kristine. Kristine is very hospitable, very sweet and also responds quickly. Fantastic experience. We will definitely come back again. If you are looking for a beach house, stop looking...

”I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house was a ten out of ten and the perfect place to celebrate my 80th birthday with my son, daughter, son-in-law and 3-year-old granddaughter. It was beautifully decorated and had a chef’s kitchen with everything a chef could possibly want including spices. ”Picture of pool was misrepresented and unusable. Upon arrival issue reported and remained unresolved. Chair cushion eat in kitchen were dirty and stained. Yard had not been maintained. Pool had tape holding up liner. I would not recommend this property. ”

”This was a well placed home close to Mystic Harbor Museum and downtown. Very comfortable and nice open floor plan. While the description of two bathrooms is accurate it failed to state both were on the first floor with two of the three bedrooms on the second floor reached by extremely steep stairs. We were two couples in our 70s, good physical shape for our ages but found this arrangement very difficult.”
