”Terrible experience all around. Staff is very unfriendly and wouldn't issue a refund despite doing everything to said to do. The beds are absolutely terrible and when I mean terrible I mean rock hard. There is trash everywhere outside the building, very unpleasant looking. Breakfast is limited and the biscuits weren't done. ”

”We made this journey to take our dog to see his boy who lives in the area. Our dog passed shortly after this trip. The manager of the property is extremely nice and we can never thank her enough for our stay there. Can be challenging traveling with a dog but this one was special thanks to there hospitality…Beau 12yrs of memories ”

”The chair was very worn. Breakfast was marginal. Orange juice did not work. Very limited choices. Carpet was not clean”

”One for the books for sure. We had booked several nights for our trip in South Dakota. My grandpa had passed away we were there for a funeral and had to bring the kids… so we booked for the pool and it was close to family…. Well we get there and the front desk gal was complaining that she was ready to go home and was going home after checking us in. I asked if we could book additional nights as things came up and family needed us to stay longer. She said no do it on Expedia wouldn’t even check...

”The room was perfect, we were greeted by deer grazing outside the windows when we arrived. The owners are awesome and very knowledgable about the area, even gave us tips of things to do during our stay. The homemade breakfast was amazing, we will definatly make this our go to stay anytime we visit, thank you for making our trip a memorable one!!!!”

”We booked through a third-party and paid extra for breakfast and money voucher however, upon check-in, the hotel said they could not see anything about a money voucher and so we paid extra for breakfast only.”

”Parking was not easy. Property did not list no pickup truck and trailer parking. We had to park down the street in the visitor center lot. Not very convenient when we came in the night of a snow storm. The gal checking us in seemed frazzled, she must have been alone, didn't explain anything to me about how to get to our room, pool, ice machines nor any information about breakfast. ”

”The room and staff were great. We had my dad with us and he is in a w/c. Parking for handicapped across the street you had to pay $15 a night and the handicapped parking was quite aways away. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking as that was new. Then the next day we found out we could have parked on the street for free since we needed handicapped parking. No one told us that when we checked in.”
