”STELLAR service from every emplyee we encountered. I read reviews before choosing this hotel, I have no idea why folks complained about having difficulty figuring out where to go from the parking garage, it was simple for us. We very much enjoyed our visit and would stay here again without a second thought.”

”Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...

”Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

”AC unit didn't work in 207. Kept turning off after 15 minutes. Kitchenette smelled awful from the heat. Bedspreads were dirty. Grounds were dirty. Sad I stayed here.”

”My wife and I have stayed in a number of hotels and rental houses in Manitou Springs and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites was by far the nicest. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable with a large amount of counter space. The amenities are great: Large indoor pool and hot tub, nice workout facility and a fantastic hot buffet breakfast every morning. Good location; just a mile from downtown. This place will be our new home away from home whenever we visit Manitou Springs.”

”Very nice property lot to do. Few staff members where little rude at breakfast. Also staff gave bad advice to take highway to vail. Told us to go through southpark highway telling us it's got better view than main highway.”
