”Excellent location, easily reachable from the airport with tram. Great views from 49th and 50th floor. We stayed here twice, both apartments were big, clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!”
”this is a good hotel if you are needing something next to Baylor Med hospital. It is a little expensive and they charge for parking in a normal parking lot next to the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent however. When I checked in there was no remote for the tv. The next day I asked again and they stated they would bring one while I was at the hospital. They never did. Not a huge issue but they need to pay attention to small things like that. ”
