”The property is beautiful, very clean and centrally located. Front desk was excellent, very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast could use a little sprucing up, the toaster took forever to toast. Travelers need to know, there are no elevators and the property has MANY steps and ramps which may be a challenge.”

”The Wells Moody is a convenient, drive-up-to-your-door motor lodge with clean comfortable rooms. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. And the location was convenient. We did not go to the beach but it was only .8 mile from the sand, straight down the adjacent road. Expect a nice -- but basic -- no-frills motor lodge and you won't be disappointed.”

”So initially I was very upset about booking this room. The pictures make it look very nice its a 3 star hotel and they call themselves a resort so I was under the impression there would be some luxury. I got to my room and the flooring was all messed up the bathroom specifically was a wreck. Low ceiling with a decent amount of water damage throughout. The nail in the coffin though was the black mold/mold/water damage underneath the sink. I probably would've never noticed my significant other did...

”What a charming hotel! We totally enjoyed our short stay. So nice to be somewhere without an overnight parking fee. We especially loved the indoor sunroom with the fabulous ocean views.”

The property was very clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was second to none If you want a so, so hotel don’t stay at the Nevada as this hotel is nothing but stellar in all realms ! It was so impressive I booked a year in advance !!!!”

”The bar outside still closed from last years stay as it was this past weekend :( There was no hair blower in our room 109 but there was one in my sons room, 310. The breakfast area was nice and coffee too. Friendly reception and good welcoming from the desk employees. The place needs more parking area for people coming back from a later diner time around 8:30 pm.”

”Just some facts: Room rented stated queen bed. It was a standard/double, no larger. Painting above the bed was constantly "clicking " against the wall when the fan was running. We were on the 3rd floor and had to walk up skinny porches to our room. Several doors and windows, on our walk up, were painted black, I assume for privacy. It was very cheap looking. Parking was atrocious. Space was on gravel, behind the building, between old broken lattice boards, old cement pieces, rocks and...

”Quaint main building on a spectacular spot overlooking the Sea. Such a huge property but very quiet and lovely.”

”The AC worked great! The bed and pillows not so great. There was trash in the hallway when we got there and the same trash was still there in the morning when we left.”
