”It's place to park yourself and enjoy santa cruz”

”Great location, right in Capitola. If you’re dining at Shadowbrook, ask them for a free pickup from this location. Capitola village is also quite near. Free parking on-site is an added bonus!”

The jacuzzi tub jets were dated and not clean. The hotel could use updating and the automated room messaging needs tuning to give accurate information. ”Right across the street from boardwalk sighn every thing you need is walking distance”

”Rooms, staff, complementary breakfast was nice. Wish they had self parking vs valet. Either do valet or try to find street parking.”

”Communication is great, Everything went smoothly.”

”Beautiful location, room was immaculate, and checkin was a breeze!”

”The cost and the package was not very clear. I didn’t know that the parking was additional. Otherwise, the hotel is located in downtown Santa Cruz, lots of options for food, grocery, and shopping. On check out, it was noon, but no one was at front desk… so not much I can provide with that info. Overall, the stay was nothing out of this world. Above...

”I recommend d this property because it is well-maintained, easy to access and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious.”
