”Room was clean. It was a bit difficult to find with the stairs to the 2nd floor being so far from the front desk, & then the room was far from the stairs. It wasn’t pleasant walking in & out of the hotel while people were smoking right by the entrance. Breakfast was good, with many options. The staff person was extra considerate & attentive, offering to cook guests’ eggs according to their preference. Very affordable rate for a decent stay.”

”There are 2 properties, a motel and a hotel. This is NOT clear when you are making a reservation thru Expedia. The motel is older. The beds are super low. The shower is small. You have to drive to the hotel to eat breakfast and check in/out. The breakfast was good with hot items. The pool was closed which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Very disappointing.”

”The literal only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because the water is barely warm for showers & baths. It would run decently hot for about 30 seconds and then the warmest it would get is a Luke warm temp. I reserved a room with a bath tub for a reason and was very much looking forward to relaxing baths in the evenings as I was there for work…. But the water temp just was too cold to be comfortable. The room itself and the staff were wonderful. ”

”I had a very pleasant stay at Tru by Hilton. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction during my stay was positive, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, modern, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. The location is convenient, with nearby restaurants and stores, which made everything...

”Room was just okay, but the bathroom shower floor had been patched and quite dangerous for a handicap accessible room...also, breakfast was so unappealing that I ate elsewhere. Staff was friendly is the only positive comment I could give. Parking was fine.”

” Did do a blacklight check of the bed, sheets, blanket and beadspread, found nothing to report, CLEAN! Did blacklight in the bathroom, floor-clean, toilet-clean, tub-clean! The tv stand and sitting chair had some questionable areas. The tv remote was clean. Overall the room was clean but the smoke smell was awful. The staff was pleasant, not a lot of interaction with staff except for check-in. ”

”The rooms could use a little updating they were clean. The lighting could be improved in the rooms. It was hard to see to do some work. The bed was very good. Pillows were good was a little surprised about how much it cost to get breakfast whereas the Hampton Inn I just stayed at was complementary.”
