This resort-style property is designed for unforgettable memories, comfortably sleeping 18+ guests across three distinct living areas: the Main Hilltop Home, Carriage House, and Pool House.



Main Home:

Spacious, beautifully appointed with warm touches and luxurious amenities.

Main Level (1st floor): Expansive living room, family room (each with gas fireplace), gourmet kitchen (Viking stove, refrigerator), study, lounge area, 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 half bath.

Master Suite (2nd story): King bed, ensuite bathroom (steam shower, stand-alone tub, double sinks, bidet), in-room gas fireplace, TV.

Additional Two Bedrooms (2nd story): 2 queen bedrooms, shared hall bathroom.

Top Floor (3rd story): Dedicated home gym across from game room equipped with air hockey, foosball, and darts, alongside a home theatre.

Outdoor Living: Large BBQ area, multiple patios leading to resort-style pool.



Carriage House:

Charming, separate unit ideal for families or couples seeking independence.

2 upstairs bedrooms (each with queen bed, sleeps up to 4 guests).

Food prep area (full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher).

Full bathroom, private patio.



Pool House:

Steps from the pool, blending indoor comfort with outdoor resort vibes.

2 queen-size Murphy beds (sleeps up to 4 guests – please arrange in advance).

Large living area (dramatic interior gas fireplace, wet bar, kitchenette, full bathroom).

Direct access to pool deck and outdoor lounging areas.





Outdoor Amenities & Recreation:

Resort Pool & Hot Tub: Oversized, sparkling pool, surrounded by 9 loungers, cabana seating, umbrellas, dining tables, and plenty of pool floats. Heated complimentary during summer months; a fee applies with advance notice outside summer months upon request.

Sports & Recreation: Pickleball and Tennis on the West court, open space for various outdoor games on the East court.

Fire & Gathering Areas: Massive outdoor gas fireplace, giant group fire pit, multiple intimate fire pits. Expansive patios offer comfortable seating for relaxation and conversation.

Additional Perks: Smoker grill, shaded gathering spaces, lush grounds. High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.



Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire 5-acre property, including the Main Home, Carriage House, Pool House, resort-style pool, hot tub, pickleball court, and all outdoor spaces and private patios. The entire estate is yours exclusively during your stay.



This is our family home, and we live and work here periodically. While guests have private access to the main home, courts, pool, and guest houses, you may see gardening or other service workers around during your stay. We may also need to perform maintenance on the pool, especially during longer stays and in the summer, to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience. We aim to provide privacy while ensuring the property is well-maintained.



We are surround by farms. We are pretty rural with only a handful of other homes around us, yet we are only a few minutes from everything you need, including grocery stores, target, delicious eateries, golf courses & more. You will have gorgeous views of hills and mountains and even the Reagan Library. Ask us about our hilltop sunset picnic option and get views of the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands.



We have plenty of parking available

Inside our secure gates. There is no street parking! You will have 2 driveway spots only. Inquire about additional parking.

Underwood Family Farm is within walking distance and has a lovely farmers market and lots of family activities. Uber and Lyft are easily accessed. Everything else you might need is just a short driving distance



Pool heating is complimentary during summer months. A fee applies with advance notice for heating outside summer months upon request.

You may see gardening or other service workers around during your stay.

Pool House queen-size Murphy beds (sleeps 4) require arrangement in advance.
