”I was completely unprepared for the condition of this motel. Walking into the first room, the smell was overwhelming. A strong combination of cigarette smoke and what I can only describe as chemical odors that immediately caused my eyes and nose to burn. The room itself was visibly dirty, the furniture was stained and worn, and the walls had visible cracks throughout. The listing advertised seating in the room, but the only thing present was a badly stained ottoman.

Livaway suites are geared for long term or multiple day stays. We are used to a coffee maker, and several toiletries in the bathroom. ”I stayed at this hotel recently to attend a wedding in Missoula and I was thoroughly impressed. The entire hotel has been recently remodeled and my room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and William in particular went out of his way to ensure my room was clean and ready for an early check in so I could gets changed at the hotel prior to needing to leave for the wedding at 3:00pm.
