âThe air conditioning was fine and worked well. The room was clean. The refrigerator was larger than normal, and looked new.However, the room phone was dead. There were no toiletries, like shampoo or soap, or a hairdryer. There was no TV remote in the room, but the front desk brought one when I asked. The only thing for breakfast was cereal, and there was no coffee.â
