”Victoria and Expedia.co.uk are the worst company to deal with I never lodged, I got to the hotel 21:53 which check in time was till 10pm I booked the hotel past 9pm I want my refund You lot take money off people that work hard for their money, These has really affected my mental health and traumatised with the experience I had I want my money back and compensation for the stress I went through😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 ”

”Paikka oli vanha ja nuhjuinen. Lattiat narisivat ja äänet kuuluivat huoneesta toiseen selvästi. Naapurihuoneen asukkaalta meni hermo, kun minun huoneestani kuului ääniä (esim. vesipullo tippui lattialle), ja hän alkoi huutaa minulle seinän läpi. Huoneessani ei ollut mitään muuta ilmanvaihtoa kuin avattava ikkuna. Ensimmäisen yön nukuin ikkuna kiinni, jolloin huoneessa tuli kuuma. Toisena yönä jätin ikkunan raolleen, sitten taas tuli kylmä. Paikassa oli tupakointikielto, mutta se ei näyttänyt...

”There’s no on‑site parking for overnight stays, but the car park is just around the corner and only a few minutes’ walk away. The guest house is close to everything, with a small Morrisons conveniently located at the end of the road. The couple who run the guest house were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and had everything we needed — soap, shampoo, towels, tea and coffee. I would stay again, though I’d request a lower floor next time. I paid £80 for one night for...

”Breakfast was absolutely delicious, the room was beautiful, a travel cot was provided for my baby and my bed was very comfortable, one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. The hosts were so attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Very family friendly! I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend to anyone 👌”
