”Nice nice”

”Fun theme/design details. And extremely conveniently located. Very nice and helpful staff! We were grateful for the parking garage as it was raining off and on, and also to be able to enjoy a glass of wine in the bar while waiting (for the rain to stop) to walk to dinner.”

”Hotel was in an excellent location for our UNC college visit. It is 1 block walk to Franklin Ave where many excellent shops and restaurants are. And walkable to everything on campus. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Very pleasant.”

”Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.”

”Everything was great! The only issue was parking. There is not enough parking for the amount of guests when it’s a full hotel. Took a little while to find a place we could park. Other than that, it was excellent and we would definitely stay there again.”

”Great staff. Excellent restaurant. Very clean. Not a hotel for some wanting a pool, as they close it I think expect because of extended stay families staying there.”

”Little things made this a solid 2 star hotel. Like the sink faucet was positioned to far back from the edge of the sink making it difficult to wash your face. Also, the exposed caulking around the shower stall looked cheap and unprofessional.”

”The room is a very small suite. It would be tight for four people.The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.”

”Staff was amazing. I had an incident with my health. They made sure i had what i needed and manager even called to check on me the next day.”

”Rooms were super spacious, clean and comfortable. Full kitchens with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Loved the rooms! Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Pool was nice, clean and refreshing. The rooms with balconies, unfortunately have not much of a view. Outside our room was 2 dumpsters and highway noise. Hallway carpets were pretty gross. Dog friendly hotel shouldn't have carpets. Great location.”

”The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful until you leave. I happed to leave something in our room when we left and it was impossible to get someone to help me. It seems only housekeeping is allowed to look in the lost and found box. I left messages and couldn’t get a call back.”

”Sería muy bueno que cuando se tratara de un Hotel que no va a ser las habitaciones diario, lo pusieran antes de qué uno haga la reservación como parte de lo que ofrece el Hotel porque fue horrible tener que estar tratando con un personal bastante desatento para que nos hicieran la habitación, la cual no hacían si no se los pedía a uno la dejaban sin hacer.”
