”The room was very clean and the staff was great and very helpful and the breakfast was good too.”

”I booked the Hot tub room through Expedia and got told I booked through a third party so they gave away my room for the night to someone else. Called me 20 minutes before check in. Not the workers fault - but upset that I didn’t get the room that was the whole reason why I booked there. What’s the point of Expedia if it’s not going to work.”

”The entire time I was there - the power was out (so no hot water nor light in my room) and I was not offered some kind of accommodation. ”

”Dismal, dated, desperately in need of a makeover. Dark interior, shabby bathroom. Surprisingly clean however and breakfast was typical. ”

”The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. ”

”The room is perfect. It's so much more affordable than the other dozen hotels in the area. We were just evicted from my home after my identity was stolen. My landlord lied and stole EVERYTHING from my home, cars, and family and our stay here is the first time we have felt safe in months. The staff are soooo kind and friendly that our youngest wants to live HERE FOREVER!!! THANK YOU 10/5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

”When I arrived, there was a sign saying no hot breakfast served this month. But on the listing it shows that a buffet style breakfast is available. If they knew for this long, why wouldn't they change the listing? Also, there were snacks from a previous guest still in the cabinets. I found a cherry pit on the floor in the room which is disturbing that that wasn't found during cleaning. There were not washclothes in the bathroom, only hand towels and bath towels. I don't know if that's just the...
