”It was funny when we got there it was the exact same Condo I had started in the previous year! It was very clean! The Check in was easy! Only part I didn't like was when I asked about early check in it seemed to be an automated system that answered me back instead of an actual person . It said no early check-in. So we had to find other things to do for about 3 hours!”

”This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. ”

”breakfast wasn't that good, I like eggs but the only eggs they served were in the form of egg on bun with cheese or a biscuit with egg mixed into other things, no pure hardboiled or scrambled eggs to put on your dish. I went to cereal & yogurt as my go to, which was good. ”

”Everything is as amazing! The staff was so helpful and so nice (All of them)! Julie at the front desk was awesome. My beach shuttle driver, Roger, was absolutely fantastic. The front does young lady who let me into the gym at 5am the wonderful lady in the morning for checkout! Definitely pet friendly! I thought it was nice they have a little shuttle to take you down to the beach and pick you up! It’s just down the road but saves you from having to pay for parking! I didn’t want to leave the area...

”We had an overall average stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean, and daily housekeeping service was excellent, very consistent and thorough. The bellhop service was also good and professional.
However, the ongoing construction on the hotel grounds was quite loud and became annoying after a while, especially during the day. It definitely impacted the overall experience.
We also ordered room service one evening. It was inconvenient trying to locate the menu, even with the QR code system....
