”Vomit on rug dried chunks on rug by desk. Dog food on closet floor. Clogged sink would not drain. No coffee cups in room. Just lids 😵💫. But still nice ”

”I did have to wait for the ftont desk staff to show up when checking in. I waited about 10 minutes. There was no bell to ring. I was on my phone calling hotel, when she showed up. We checked in around 6pm. She said she was folding towels, but I did hear a conversation going on and laughing. We had just driven 9 hrs n just wanted to get to our room. ”

”Decent hotel with exceptional friendly service. Rooms are large and clean. Don't expect the Marriott. I have stayed here multiple times, I love that it's dog-friendly, staff is always so very welcoming. Breakfast is nothing to shout about... but there's coffee and juice and toast and a waffle machine. Eggs are powdered... Overall, a stellar deal for those staying in Altavista. ”

”Breakfast was good for being included with the price. Good variety of options and some fresh fruits.
Katherine is a hard worker. Looked like she was the only person keeping up with the buffet which was a busy place with all the construction workers from a nearby project.
I would recommend this hotel.
