”Hotel aperto da poco, moderno pulito personale gentile”

”Our recent family vacation in Romania was enjoyable, with a well-appointed apartment in a pleasant area. However, we observed a discrepancy in the advertised amenities, specifically the inclusion of a pool that was not available.”

”We stayed at The Line Hotel for one night, mainly because we needed to be close to the coach station, and for that purpose it worked well. The hotel has a slightly pompous, showy style to it, but overall it was comfortable and did the job for a short stay. The surrounding area isn’t particularly attractive at the moment, as there are ongoing works on the train lines, so the immediate environment feels a bit unfinished. That said, we genuinely appreciated how quiet the hotel itself was,...

”The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the rooms were very spacious. The area around the hotel consists of residential buildings and small industrial businesses, so the immediate surroundings look a little run-down. However, the neighborhood itself was safe and well maintained. The hotel's spa was excellent, with several different saunas to choose from. We especially enjoyed the hammam. It would have been nice if soap had been available in the spa area for washing. The breakfast was...

”Clean room. Bad noise isolation both from busy street and corridor / staircase, curtains do not darken the room, firm matress.”

”The landlord was very helpful, responsive, and clear when resolving issues. While the cleaning team acted quickly to rectify initial problems, the property wasn't in ideal shape upon check-in—there was a strong food odor, table runners very shabby, buildup in the shower, rusted fixtures, and broken plastic items. The swift follow-up was appreciated, but the initial clean and bathroom maintenance could certainly be improved.”

”The apartment is a nice modern room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good quality furnishings. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood and a fair walk from local amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. The mention of a pool (emphasized in photographs) and fitness center are misleading. They are not on site but a 10 minute walk away and payable as extra. As a result I did not use them.”

”Simple hotel conveniently located close to public transport and touristy places. Not many places for breakfast but there are bakeries and coffee shops everywhere. My room was facing back of the building and it made nights quiet. Hotel advertised breakfast on a website but it is not available on the site. All hotel staff was helpful and friendly.”
