Our only complaint is that check-in took a long time. Seems like they’ve got antiquated software and processes. Staff was ultimately friendly but didn’t acknowledge us at all while they spent 20mins checking in the group ahead of us. ”

”Had a great stay. Our room had a private balcony and great view of old town. I liked that it is convenient to all Old Town has to offer. We could walk all around town. We ate at the onsite restaurant for the buffet breakfast and buffet lunch for a reasonable cost and it was very good. The swimming pool was so nice and the water warm. Staff was nice and accommodating. Will stay here again. ”

”Parking a full size truck could be tricky with the low ceiling, pipes and hvac hanging even lower. Nice walk down to Old Town very pleasing. Interior hallways and guest room doors unsightly, could use a paint job for dexterity purposes. Rooms were clean and spacious.”

”We stayed here because we went to a concert at the Pechanga Arena. Hotel was nice, clean, quiet and walkable to/from the arena. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I liked that the room had a fridge and microwave. Complimentary hot breakfast was great with many options. Hotel staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again. ”
