”Got checked in. ac was already on and set to 62° and was 80° in the room. Sticker on ac said don’t turn under 65° or you’ll be hot. So we turned it up and left to be with family got back 4 hours later with our 3 kids and room was still 80°. Went to staff and was told to turn ac off and on and see if it changes or they could change us rooms. We did and ac went up to 81°… didn’t want to waste time moving to another room for it likely to not work either as hotel was disgusting as it was through out...
