”Lovely building and fantastic sitting room for guests. Kitchen amenities also available. Bedroom well appointed but leaking shower needed looked at. Housekeeping assistant came to each room in early evening to check we were all happy. Nice touch. Would definately stay here again. Valie for money.”

”Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. ”

”We had a lovely overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming and informative. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, our wee one especially loved the bunk bed. We booked in for dinner which was absolutely delicious and would highly recommend. The area is beautiful, we will definitely be back! ”
