Beautiful chalet overlooking Pico do Marumbi

Charming fully equipped chalet. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with two single beds. Resting place amid nature in a quiet and beautiful region of Morretes, 5 km from the city center. Kiosk with wood stove and oven, as well as a fire pit AND A WAREHOUSE WITH PRODUCTS FOR SALE. Access to trails and the Iporanga River, with a natural swimming pool less than 300 meters away. The chalet has good books and a box of Legos. Bicycles can be rented.

The space

The chalet has a small garage in the outdoor area, with a bench and hooks for a hammock (the hammock is included) and is located next to a kiosk with large dining tables, sink and oven and wood stove. At the back of the chalet there is a pergola with hooks for a hammock, where a 10-minute trail begins around the farm, passing alongside a beautiful stream for a length of 100 meters.

Inside, the chalet has a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, pans, plates, cutlery, blender, sandwich maker, etc. There is a small table with stools there.

The first bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed, air conditioning, shelves and some books and is attached to the bathroom, which is large. The second bedroom, which is a mezzanine, is upstairs, up the stairs. In this space there are two single beds and a box with Lego pieces.

Guest access

Guests have access to: chalet, kiosk, backyard with lawn, patio with benches and fire pit, woods and trails inside the farm. The kiosk is for simultaneous use by guests of the two chalets on the property. The Iporanga River, 250 meters from the entrance to the farm, is accessed via the public road.

Other observations

The space is located in a rural area, 5km from the center of Morretes. The section is currently undergoing paving work.

We have a small barn on the farm in which we ONLY sell vegetarian, natural, healthy products with little or no sugar.

Next to the farm there are two rivers: the Iporanga River is a 5-minute walk away and the Marumbi River is a 25-minute walk away. Both are great for bathing.
