”I left out the used towels outside of the room but never got a replacement for them. Other than that hiccup, the property was well maintained and the rooms were huge. It was a train ride to the stadium. I would definitely stay again.”

”Very disappointing experience. My wife, our two children (ages 10 and 3), and I were driving from Los Angeles to Seattle. After nearly seven hours on the road, we stopped in San Jose for one night to rest.
We arrived around 10 PM, but the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. I showed my confirmed, prepaid booking in the Expedia app, and they eventually gave us a room with an emergency key.
After I had showered and put my children to bed, the front desk called and asked me to come...

”Overall, I had a great stay, but unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. Check-in was stated to begin at 3:00 PM, but my room was not ready until 4:10 PM. This caused a major inconvenience, as I had an event to get ready for and ended up feeling rushed because I was unable to access my room at the expected time.
After a long day of traveling, I would have appreciated a courtesy notification or update about the delay so I could have planned accordingly. While I appreciate the...

”There's no free breakfast included in the stay, which was totally incredulous! Considering the nightly room rates, at minimum some sort of continental breakfast items should have free to guests. Instead, you're forced to order from the on-site restaurant at outrageously overpriced amounts!”

She could have given incorrect information, or maybe I heard her wrong twice. Either way,...
