”We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient.
Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

”Overall it was what we anticipated. However, we had a problem with the bathroom. We notified the help desk that the toilet is not flushing properly and it's not usable; they said the maintenance is out and they'll send someone to look into it. They didn't send anyone to check, and they didn't offer to change the rooms. They could have communicated clearly to address the issue. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby.”

”The room had ants, fixtures were rusting, only had a small bar of soap, walls are paper thin, dark, dingy. Doesn’t look much like the photos at all. The lobby looks nice. The breakfast staff are rude and were nagging parents of an infant that showed up 5 minutes late to breakfast, but didn’t bother a couple that were 15 minutes late. Just not a pleasant experience and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.”
