There are a few small issues that can be addressed - the stairway smelled like feet, the 3rd floor trash receptacle was overflowing, and the check-out process wasn't clear due to limited weekend front desk hours. I loved the size of the room, the courtyard area, and how quiet it was. ”Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. ”I gave an overall Ok rating because one of the reasons we stay at an Embassy Suites is the happy hour and breakfasts. Both mornings clean plates, utensils and tables were scarce. Food on the buffet was always low. Food was very good and courteous and staff where clearly working hard but they were very under staffed. Room was great and clean. Would recommend.”
