”What an amazing place! We came down as a group to get scuba certified at the Blue Grotto and needed a place to stay for the night. Kimberly was a great host and had great communication. The place is very clean and brand new. Having coffee on the back patio listening to the birds was a great way to start the day before our final dives. Our instructor has now favorited her place so he can try to use it every time he comes down. Will stay here again if we come back for more diving. Thanks for...

”This place is great. The house is nearly new in a really nice modern neighborhood. House has all the amentities needed and even some extras provided by the host. Great communication and easy access to the building as well. We stayed in Gainesville as it is nearly the halfway point between our home in Tampa and my Daughters current home at FSU. We met here to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family together. Next time we need a halfway stay location for certain this will be my first choice!...

”There can be no more perfect home to stay in the area. The host sent several e mails throught our stay. Not overbearing, but with helpful information. This home was very clean. There is nothing anyone could need that isn't there. They have thought of everything. The hosts go above and beyond. Most houses have the bare minimum and inexpensive products to get you started. Not this lovely home. The bed linens are silky soft. Multiple rolls of quality toilet paper are provided, not the cheap rolls....

”This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got!”

”My friends and I went away on a girls trip out. This beautiful house has three bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood about four miles from town. We lacked for nothing. Lots of kitchen dishes and silverware, pots and pans, etc. Lots of fresh towels. Super comfortable beds and a host who was available when needed. Would love to stay here again.
