”The room was stale smelling, the bathroom sink and toilet was clogged. When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! The shower diverter didn’t operate correctly, and the ironing board was...

”The staff were not friendly. The room was dirty, damaged, and sparse. The breakfast had no non-dairy options.
The pool was initially closed until further notice. After I complained to Expedia the pool was magically opened. The pool area was dirty, including dirty tables, and there were no towels stocked.
Definitely NOT choosing this hotel again.”
