Just 15 minutes from the charming historic township of Milton, this remarkable property offers a unique blend of rural luxury, artistic beauty and complete seclusion.

Surrounded by Monet-inspired gardens, native rainforest and park-like grounds, Petana is a destination designed to reconnect you with nature. Wander through the Japanese Zen garden, relax beside the water lily pond, gather around the fire pit beneath a canopy of stars, or simply soak in the uninterrupted views stretching across the Budawang Ranges and iconic Pigeon House Mountain.

The property celebrates creativity and natural beauty at every turn. Expansive gardens, abundant birdlife and countless peaceful corners create an atmosphere that feels worlds away from everyday life.

Beautifully crafted from mud brick, the home remains naturally cool throughout summer and wonderfully cosy during winter. Large picture windows frame the ever-changing landscape, while the wood-burning fireplace creates the perfect setting for long afternoons with a book or evenings spent sharing stories by the fire.

While you may find it difficult to leave Petana's peaceful surrounds, the region offers plenty to discover. A scenic 30-minute drive west will take you to the Clyde River Berry Farm (seasonally open during December and January), where you can pick your own berries and browse local produce including handmade jams and bush honey.

Upper Level:
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed - 2 King single trundles - Oil Heater - Beautiful views
Bathroom: Shower, vanity and toilet.
Lounge room with both Eastern and Western facing windows, giving you breathtaking views of the gardens, Pigeon House Mountain and the Budawang Ranges.

Studio:
Common Area: 1 x King Bed - Electric Heater
Loft Bedroom 1: Double bed
Loft Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds
Bathroom: Shower, toilet and vanity
Kitchenette.

Please Note:
- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach towels.
- There are unfenced dams within close proximity to the house.
- This property is pet-friendly.
- This property is located in a rural area on acres and you may see different wildlife during your stay.
- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
