”We visited this new hotel / time share villas during the beginning of the South African winter. Understandably, the insulation is not something that we have used to in Finland, but with air conditioner the temperature of the room was ok. The fuse of the air con just had to be fixed, which happened very quickly after our call to reception. The staff was very friendly and special thanks to kitchen (waiter + cook), who helped to get us some snacks just after the kitchen was closed.”

”Amazing resort in Pilanesberg. Very high standard of service. Food and service first class. Safari vehicles well maintained and comfortable. Even have comfort stop during drives. ”We had an amazing stay at Bakubung! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Our flight from Cape Town was delayed by several hours so we arrived at the lodge close to 10pm.
