You will have access to the entire flat and a ski locker with heated boot dryers. There is also a cellar in the basement for bicycle storage.

Apartment Grand Central is a stylish duplex apartment, sleeping 6/7 people in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Within very easy reach of all the bars and restaurants and ski lifts, the location is very accessible to everything, only 2 minutes walk to the Super Morzine Telecabine and Pleney Gondola.

LAYOUT (150 metres sq.)

The main level features a beautiful open plan living space with large lounge and corner sofa, a modern kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar and all mod cons. There is a staircase leading to a seperate mezzanine TV and Gaming area with additional sofas which lead up to the third bedroom. There is also a wood burning stove and the usual Bose Bluetooth Speaker and large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV channels, Netflix, Games Console and Free WiFi.

Patio doors open onto a wide sunny balcony and upstairs there is a very private rooftop terrace with outdoor seating for 6 people which catches the evening sun.

2 double ensuite bedrooms are at the entry level. The master has a super king bed, with a full size single trundle bed, balcony and ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The 2nd bedroom is a good size with an ensuite shower room and separate toilet and can be configured as a twin or double. Upstairs, the 3rd ensuite bedroom can be configured as a double or twin.
