”When we arrived at Marumadi, it seemed that they had not received any notification from HOTELS.com about our booking. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us, luckily they had 2 rooms left. Unfortunately one of the aircons did not work. We had a lovely breakfast and would recommend the establishment to anyone! ”

”A beautifully designed guesthouse in a safe area of town; good pool and breakfast (although quite expensive); rooms were comfortable, but we always seemed to have at least one mosquito. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.”

”The property is in good condition and the staff were helpful and friendly. The area was a little run down but you could easily get a Tuk Tuk or taxi. Convenient location to airport!”

”Sijainti erittäin rauhallisella ja turvallisella lähetystöalueella. Iso huone parvekkeella,mutta ei hissiä. Vuoteet ihanan isot, mutta patjat kaipaisivat päivitystä. Tilava, siisti kylpyhuone ja erillinen käsisuihku ilahdutti erityisesti. E-bookersissa väärä puhelinnumero sekä väärät aukioloajat respalle, aiheutti turhaa kiirettä liikenteessä ja mielipahaa. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja joustavaa, useimmat osaavat englantia.”

”I have returned numerous times to the Dream Beach and always stayed in the Deluxe Chalet. The property is tucked in the woods and quiet and removed from the busyness of Ponta do Ouro. The self-catering is great as the kitchen is well-stocked and the terrace perfect for dining out. The beach is a short hike and always empty and offers a photogenic stretch of sand and strong surf. The only complaint this time around was that the manager was not there when I arrived and I had to wait a half hour...

”This guesthouse would have a huge potential with minor improvements. Now there were some issues that need addressing. The location is good in Polana with a nice neighbourhood and plenty of restaurants and shopping around. The distance to the Independence Square is a bit over 2 km. The Museum of National History was about 700 m away. The street next to the museum had the terminus of several bus lines (the name shown on the buses was simply Museu). The room was nice and quiet and it had a good...

”Never got past the driveway. Didn't seem to have an office or public reception. Did not appear to be anything like the pictures as it was crowded and surrounded by an environment that was old and busy.”

”Casa de campo was booked on expedia and payment made. We followed the directions via the expedia site and checked in. After about two hours, we were informed that another hotel called casa de campo had received our payment and this was believed to be a non existant hotel as it had the same pictures and directions ysed. We were asked to make a further payment of 2500 metricals of which this dispute is still ongoing.”

”The place has no board signage,no contact numbers,no security guard there is so many things i can mention,the rooms needs some renovations & are stinky”
