In the outdoor area of Villa Ivancic there is a professional barbecue with an outdoor dining area where you can make your inner chef shine and prepare delicious meals. Moscenicka Draga is located at the foot of Mount Uka and was founded as a fishing village. Nowadays, Moenika Draga is known for a beautiful 2 km long pebble beach called Sipar and a small marina. Here you can experience the Mediterranean atmosphere and beauty. There are also beaches with hidden coves and cliffs and a nudist beach. The third largest Croatian city Rijeka is only 30 kilometres away from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. If you want to experience even more, take a walk along the beautiful shore of Loungo Mare and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the pearl of the Adriatic.
