Hello! I just thought I would let you know that guests are always welcome to check in with our front desk in the motel lobby if they prefer. We started offering remote check in during Covid and guests liked the convenience so much that we continued the service. Our lobby does close at midnight but we always have a dedicated staff member on call to handle any guest needs or emergencies. We are indeed in the heart of downtown Moscow Idaho. Our location is our blessing and our curse. We're close to everything like shops, restaurants and the University of Idaho but it can get a little loud with the street noise. All of our guest rooms come with a white noise machine and complimentary ear plugs. We do our best to make guests comfortable.

Hello! We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed our seamless check in process. It is true that our location is our blessing and our curse. We are in the heart of downtown Moscow which means that shops, restaurants and the University of Idaho is only steps away. It also means that it can get noisy with the street noise, which dies down in the early evening hours. I am sorry to hear that there was a barking dog disturbing your stay. We are a dog friendly motel but we do ask guests to remedy any disturbing pet behavior if we are aware of it. We are happy to resolve any situation like this as soon as possible. A simple text message to the front desk to let us know of the problem and our capable staff is on it!We have been in the long and painstaking process of renovating this historic mid century motel. We just finished the last guest room and now our attention will be devoted to the exterior of the building. Now that the weather is cooperating and concrete can be poured, the steps will be fixed. In the meantime, there are three other sets of stairs all conveniently located to all guests rooms that are in perfect shape. Our front desk staff is also always happy to help with the transportation of any guest luggage to their rooms. We are, at our core, a classic roadside motel and we pretend to be nothing else and our prices reflect that. I do encourage all potential guests to know where we are and what we are before booking a room. I can guarantee they are the most cutest, cleanest and most comfortable rooms in town!
