”We loved our stay here. The staff was wonderful (friendly and helpful). We really enjoyed our suite. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the b’fast staff was very attentive.”

”Hampton Inn Eastgate Cincinnati provides a good value stay for any business traveller visiting the Cincinnati area. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, hot oatmeal and fresh fruits with breakfast and a Starbucks cafe in walking distance (should you wish to enjoy an espresso based coffee) make you come back to this hotel again.”

”Elevator sounded like it was about to break loose at any moment. Found trash in the room on check in. Some outlets didn’t work in the room”

”Just the most charming hotel I've ever been in. The surroundings are nothing like I've ever experienced. You felt like you were in some old middle European town. The hotel it self was unique in all aspect. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was in top condition with most whimsical TV I've ever encountered (behind a painting). Bathroom was big and modern. Prices for the room and breakfast were a bit on the pricey side but well worth it on our vacation tour.”

”Our room was dirty dirt and debris behind front door, spiders and dirt behind bathroom door, at least 30 burn holes in our blanket. I was disgusted with the amount of garbage in hallways and alcohol cans/bottles on window ledges. It is very poorly maintained. The breakfast consisted of dry muffins in a wrapper and coffee. However the front desk staff was very nice. I will never stay again, and would not recommend to anyone. In all honesty I feel like a refund is in order.”

”When traveling with family, especially kids under 10, simplicity is best. The room itself was spacious. The breakfast was bountiful and well organized. The outdoor patio was open and inviting.”

”First we get a room,that was not cleaned ,food and boxes everywhere like someone was living there.The second room we were given had dirty bed spread with some type of pink splatter dried on the comforter, peephole covered over, shower curtain had mold all over it,so nasty,will never book here again.”

”We were over charged for the room rate by $86, the pool was out of order which was highly inconvenient, the front door staff weren’t super friendly, and the tv wasn’t functioning. I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time.”

”The room was so filthy that we couldn’t stay. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was disgusting, even the mattress had stains on it. We had to move to another hotel, and they would not refund our money. I would not recommend it AT ALL.”

”Nice resto bldg. decent price”

”Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved that the pool was open until 11:30 but hot tub was broken and we were hoping to use that. Free breakfast was great with lots of options! Room was clean but some areas in the hallways had a bad odor. Would stay again!”

”Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night.”
