”Sweet hotel quite close to the attractions. Train station Trier Sud is 800m away, so not far. I got an upgrade and the single room was nice enough. Shower was a bit wonky, the floor kept giving away and the towel was a bit dirty to begin with. They don’t make up the room unless you leave a note to the door. The staff was lovely.”

”Very nice hotel. I have not even one bad word to say about the hotel - it was clean, very tidy, bathroom was outstanding. When u close the windows it was very quiet, even thou the hotel is right on the road. Balcony was very spacious, was nice to sit and have a glass of wine with a view on the river and the castle. Breakfast was very rich - everything you could ask for from eggs and sausages to fruits and freshly brewed coffee. I would definitely stay there again. The only minus it is a little...

”I came in the evening and continued my journey right after waking up in the morning. I can only criticize the room and the service I received at the reception. The room was clean and stylish for my taste. The price-quality ratio was very good. The service was professional and the English language skills were excellent.”

”It is worth to spend the small extra amount to get the view of the Porta Nigra. Room was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel doesn’t have the newest of interiors but it is still intact and functional Only negative side was the cleaning crew, they came very early every day. On the day of our departure they knocked the door at 8:55!”
