”We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. ”Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the staff went above and beyond to include giving us a tour of the entire place. The food was amazing, as are all of the amenities. I am so glad they have saved this place and turned it into a beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend staying! ”

”Beautiful location in small town of Lieser. Nice rooms and super comfortable beds. No minibar in room which is not suitable for this level of hotel. Service two-folded, partly excellent, partly very poor and misleading guidances. Spa and sauna not open and ready in the morning despite customer promise. ”
