"Overall, a good hotel within walking distance of downtown Reykjavik. The hotel has only one elevator, which unfortunately operates very slowly. The breakfast was excellent."

"View from the room was for parking area which was not that nice, also parking to garage was a bit difficult and one night we were not able to park over there and at the same time there was empty parking lot next to the hotel. Otherwise nice hotel and breakfast was very good, especially pancakes were great extra nice thing."

"Hotellissa remontoitiin huoneita, meidän oli jo kunnostettu eli huoneemme oli kaikinpuolin hyvä. Tosin upouusi puhelin ei toiminut, kun halusimme aikaista poislähtöä varten herätyksen. Puhelin vaihdettiin samantien ja respan virkailija lupasi varmuuden vuoksi lähettää yövuorokollegansa koputtamaan aamulla ovellemme. Näin tapahtuikin eli saimme tuplaherätyksen. Aamiainen oli ok, munakokkelia, pekonia, puuroa, leikkeleitä, erilaisia leipiä, hedelmiä jne. Sijainti on erinomainen, retkien noutopysäkki ihan lähellä, lyhyt matka satamaan, samoin ostoskaduille ja Harpaan. Henkilökunta on hyvin samanlaista kuin monessa muussakin paikassa Reykjavikissä, asiallisen ystävällistä, mutta välimatkan päästä, voisi sanoa kuin Suomessa."
