”We had a great stay at Simon’s place while we were visiting family in Dunedin. The whole house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable which was awesome because we stayed for over a week. It was in a great location for us and was easy to get around. There is a supermarket 500m down the road which is handy as well. My only concern with a young family was that the dining room is separate from the kitchen so having kids take their breakfast cereal through themselves was a bit stressful....

”The home is tired and poorly furnished. When we arrived, it was very smelly until we could open up all the windows to air it out. Although it has the bedrooms to host a group of 8 (we were only 6), there is not enough hot water to fill a bathtub which is offered let alone showers and dishes. The master bathroom shower was unusable because of an inoperable shower head. Amenities including shampoo, etc. were not offered. There was inadequate seating for us too all be together at the same...
