Beach House on Great Exuman paras SANDY Beach, jossa on oma ulkosuihku

Uusi rakennettu 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpy talon yksi kauneimmista rannoista Great Exuma. Kävele kilometreinä kumpaankin suuntaan jauhemaisen pehmeän hiekan.
Tämä Great Exuma Beach House oli valmis elokuussa 2017 ja tekee täydellisen kotipesän kalastusretkiä, uinti sikoja ja haita, vierailla iguana cay, melonta, paddleboarding, kiteboarding ja paljon muuta.

Talon vasemmalla puolella ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta on loistava paikka skimboard-lennolle.

Great Room -huoneesta on näköala koskemattomalle siniselle valtamerelle, ja siinä on nojatuoleja ja makuuasento.

Makuuhuoneissa on bean bag-tuolit, jotka on tarkoitus tuoda suuriin huoneisiin, joten kaikilla on mukava istuin.

Lihavin matkustajina olemme huomanneet, että vaikka talo voi sanoa, että se nukkuu 10, se ei istunut mukavasti ruokailuun tai rentoutumiseen yhdessä. Talon säännöt

If the grill is not left clean, a $50 charge will be taken from the security deposit this is the fee we are charged for grill cleaning by housekeeper.
Any evidence of smoking found by housekeeping anywhere on the property incurs a $500 charge.
If furniture is moved and not replaced, a $100 fee will be incurred, as housekeeping needs to pay additional people to move it back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Exuma and would absolutely recommend it to others. The beach and water are truly stunning. The color of the water is mesmerizing, that clear, vibrant turquoise that Exuma is known for. During our stay we had one day where the tide allowed for a full beach experience, and it was beautiful. The rest of the time the water came up quite high, which meant less sandy beach area, but the views and the sound of the ocean were still incredible and made the setting feel peaceful and special.The house itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen in particular was impressively well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably, which made it feel very much like a home away from home.Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from booking through our stay. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The beautiful setting, clean and comfortable home, and attentive host made for a truly enjoyable trip. We would happily stay here again.

No need to look any further! The Coconut Breeze house has everything you need and more! The location, host and housekeepers are beyond great! The house is exactly what is listed online and is even better in person! There are so many extras from floaties, pool towels, grocery bags (which are a bonus as the stores do not have any or you need to purchase them) and the water filtration system was amazing! No need to buy water bottles! We bought 2 1-gallon jugs and filled them up throughout the week. No need to buy ice as there is an abundance of ice trays to make fresh ice throughout the day! The freezer also comes packed with lots of ice packs to pack up coolers for day adventures! There are also soft sided coolers to use as well! The view from this location and the pool is perfect for any getaway! We had a very windy week and even with the wind and the waves we were still able to have some space down in front of the house on the beach. They’ve done a very nice job, creating steps down to the ocean made from flat rocks as the entry from the house to the beach is rocky. We had no trouble navigating getting down there! The beds are extremely comfortable as well! There are so many places and options to hang out and or eat meals together!The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and we cooked many meals there in addition to using the grill! The walks on the beach from this gorgeous property are a must-Stop at Tims on the Bay! This is a perfect oasis to visit!!

This was our family’s first stay in Exuma and the location of Coconut Breeze made it easy to explore the island. The home was spacious and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was spectacular. It’s a bright, open space. While you are steps from the beach, it can be a bit rocky and splashy to climb over the rocks to get to the sand. We enjoyed most everything the home had to offer!

The house was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and other necessities. The view was amazing. It was a little on the cooler side while we don’t use the pool but it was also very nice. Perfect for three couples or families.

Our family of 6 stayed for 13 nights in January and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us and had everything you could need. Sidney was very polite and responsive to every question we had. Advice for future travelers are to rent a truck if you are able. We regretted not being able to take the paddle boards and kayaks to other beaches. The beach out back was a little too rough for them but the other beaches like Coco Plum and Tropic of Cancer would have been perfect if we could have taken them. Explore the island, enjoy island time. Hard not to love this house and the island. We would definitely return!

We had an amazing time! The views from the beach house were stunning! The house was well equipped, in a good location, had a good size pool, hammock, & many other things we enjoyed while there. The beach was accessible to most of us from the backyard unless you have balance issues or some mobility disabilities. Most of our family could walk down from the house to the beach, except my Mom, who has mobility & balance issues. She was able to access other beaches though with help. There are a lot of rocks to walk down from the back of the house. We were there during "King Tide", so we didn't have as much beach before the water (just immediately behind our house) but you could walk a little ways over and access more beach. We still highly enjoyed it, and the kids, my husband, and I loved it all! The house itself was all one level, which was great for my mom. It was spacious for our family of 7 and had what we needed to make our meals (we ate a lot of meals in). The beds were comfortable. The showers did not get very hot, and one shower did not even get warm much (so the kids did not use it much), but that could have been more of the island issue-not sure. The house had grocery bags for shopping which was great. It also had cooler bags, ice packs, and beach towels that were a huge plus from all the other things we needed to bring. Our boys loved the paddle boards that they could use too. Overall, the house and the owner were amazing! We would definitely return here.

The house is awesome, the pool could be heated, which was a bit cold for us. The view is beautiful, but the actual beach is hard to get down to, and sometimes completely inaccessible. Communication was great, bedrooms were great, kitchen was great, people were great, overall very good.

Outstanding house with perfect views. The house was perfect in every way. Extremely clean, perfectly maintained, and well stocked (love the water filtration system). Some of the best views in the Caribbean from the back yard. Highly recommend. Both the Owner (Sidney) and the Mgmt Staff (Virginia) were great to work with. We've traveled all over the Caribbean and the locals on Exuma might be the friendliest!

Coconut Breeze was one of our favorite vacation stays yet! It is more amazing than the pictures. The house is very well equipped and centrally located so you can get to beaches in both ends of the island. The pool and swimming in the ocean in front of the house were the best!

The view was STUNNING as you walked in the front door!Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Well stocked with everything you need to cook your food. We loved the fact that it was centrally located on the island. We had one issue with one bathroom shower as the water wouldn't get very warm but we would highly recommend this place!

This house is even better in person! So beautiful and so clean. Absolutely loved staying here, very glad we chose this house. Very comfortable and the location is central to everything! Very well stocked with everything you need! I already miss having my coffee on the back porch watching the sun rise! The beach out back is great, we swam everyday. Can’t wait to return someday!

30th Anniversary trip

Hubby and I had a very nice 10 days at Coconut Breeze. Loved the pool and the shower the most! Wish there was a generator as there were many power outages, but that is to be expected in Exuma from what we read. Tim’s on the Bay is a must! We ate there twice! Very nice trip. Thank you!
