”From the moment we walked into the reception we felt very welcome, the staff were amazing at check in amd through our stay, the apartment was has was amazing and had exactly what we needed for our stay, bedrroms, kitch and bathroom were sparkling, beds were comfy, the kids loved the park and the position of the holiday park was great, we could eaisly walk to the main street throuh town with all the shoppong stalls and food outlets, we highly recommend and definitely will be back. ”The cottage we stayed in was nicely decorated and very comfortable.The view of the lake was tranquil. The games room was well equiped. Such a lovely place for a getaway. The pub was the only place open for dinner when we stayed. Lots of eateries in the day. The hot springs are close by. Would highly recommend.”

”Kitchen was dirty and oven was in disgusting condition. In the morning I leave the room, properties Manager called me complain why not remove the rubbish in thre bin. I don’t see why as hotel.com guest need to clean up the room before leaving. Hot water systems was not stable as well, Middle of May was winter at Victoria, hot water for shower are expected. Overall experiences was poor. ”
