”Loved the place, easy access to so many good places. Loved all the restaurants next to it, not enough time to explore more.”

”Thanks 🙏 to the guests relationship manager for contacting me and providing me with an extra bottle of water. FYI, the hotel policy in-room is strictly 1 bottle per day, also 1 teabag and 1 instant coffee sachet. If you need more water (93 F degrees here since it’s summer, I guess everybody would) then make sure to bring some extra bottles or buy it from the hotel restaurant.”

”The staff were very nice and helpfull. The cleanliness is quite good with regard to how old the hotel is. Rooms should be in a bit better shape and breakfast is really limited. Weak fee wifi. Security 24/7 is a good thing ”

”A very nice, exceptionally clean hotel! Everything felt fresh and well cared for, making it a pleasant place to stay. Ammar, the reception manager, was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. I really enjoyed my visit and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming hotel.”

”Cool place. Good staff. Friendly guests. ”

”Very nice place, on the Nile directly, nights was so relaxing, the spot itself deserves 5/5, but with one issue that bothered me was hot water for shower, no hot water was annoying. 4/5 overall ”

”Very disappointing and poor handling of problems We stayed for three nights. During the second day, the water was shut off for more than a full day. Til the next day... We could not shower. We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet. My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible....

”Tye staff are friendly and cooperative ”

”Perfect otel thank you ”

”The location is excellent- one can walk to the Egyptian Museum and it is only a 3 minute walk to a lovely coffee bar. The staff are excellent and the breakfast was very good, eggs, fruit, cheese, bread etc. The room was not only large but very clean. The hotel arranged my day trip to Alexandria and its execution was flawless . I also recommend having the hotel to have a driver meet you at the airport and whilst there was some confusion, using What’s App easily resolved the problem.”

”The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, and I loved the view of the pyramids. The breakfast was very varied and delicious ♥️”
