”Our room at Mo House was perfect. Lots of space, authentic decor and the kitchenette was so handy. The breakfast was substantial and the staff were helpful and friendly. Sebastian, in particular, was wonderful.”

”The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river.”

”The building was beautiful and room was like we waited. Room was modern and clean. There was peaceful in room and there was no traffic noise from the street. Personnel was very friendly and helpful in every situations. Breakfast was good. The Hotel was in good location. We are very pleased.”

”We felt so welcome, and had a comfortable stay. The friendly concierge Inéz took time to introduce us the city and gave us the valuable recommendations . The location was right next to the historic train station, and it was also close to the meeting spot of our day tour to Douro River excursion. ”

”Truly incredibly service at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Porto! We had an amazing time and were treated so kindly by the staff of the hotel. They even surprised us on our birthday! The hotel is clean, quiet and super convenient. Also loved the pool and sauna, it's super relaxing and fun after a long day in the city. Once again, a one of a kind experience with the best service we have ever experienced at a hotel. We hope to visit some of their other historic hotels in Portugal....

”Location was just perfect to walk around the old Porto and to its tourist attractions. Short walking distance from Personnell was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and with no city background noice. Good breakfast with tasty and fresh orange juice. The coffee machine was free to use all time for hotel quests. Hotel interior has many stairs and narrow corridors.”

”Voimme vilpittömästi suositella 1872 River Housea. Hotelli on todella pieni, siellä on vain 8 huonetta, mikä tekee siitä kodinomaisen. Koko talo on restauroitu viimeisen päälle hyvällä maulla. Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä, auttavaista ja huolehtivaa. Niin huone kuin yleiset tilat olivat erittäin siistit. Kannattaa maksaa lisämaksu joen puoleisesta huoneesta, jolloin näköala on upea. Vaihtoehto on näkymä hyvin kapean kujan vastapäisen talon seinään.”
