”Absolutely wonderful. Very easy to get to from water taxi. Wonderful area easy to get to everything just beside the gondola that takes you across the grand Canal. After a day of wandering around, it is great to be able to sit on the patio and watch people go up and down the canal.”

”Talo ja huoneistot olivat tyylikkäät ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Huoneisto oli hyvänkokoinen 3-4 hlölle. Huoneisto parven ansiosta kaksi kerroksinen ja ylhäällä oli myös hyvän kokoinen makuuhuone. Yhteydenpito whatsappin kanssa sujui ripeästi, mutta ei tosin viikonlopun aikana. Huoneistosta puuttui kokonaan kaukosäädin toisen makuuhuoneen televisioon, joten sitä ei voinut käyttää. Pyynnöstä huolimatta kaukosäädintä ei toimitettu. Kuten koko huoneisto, niin kylpyhuoneet olivat oikein tyylikkäät....

It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. ”

”We spent five days at this wonderful property. It is like living in an old world palace. Marble and wood floors, antique furniture, and a huge floorplan. The bedroom is very quiet, though the office space is a bit louder, given the square and cafes where students congregate. We enjoyed the street sounds at night; bring earplugs for the office area if you want complete silence. The location is fantastic, and one of the things we always look for in a property… restaurants, bars, markets all...

”We are from the United States. This home was perfect for our family. It is very clean and has everything we needed. Location is a manageable 10 minute walk to train station which was very important to us. Bolognia is central to several other cities in Italy that we wanted to visit. Each day, we just hopped on train to another city and came "home" each evening. Grocery store is within two blocks. Coffee shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Safety did not appear to be an issue...

”This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma. The supermarket is a block and a half away.”

”You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. And the elevator is small, 4 people is probably the maximum it would fit. There is a facility person and two vending...
