Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

The holiday apartment features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from June to September), a garden, a playground and an outdoor shower.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 9 am and between 3 pm and 5 pm.

The property has step-free access and interior, an elevator is available in the building.

There are security cameras at the entrance of the urbanisation.
